If you’re not getting the results you want, let one of our personal trainers develop an individual program based on your goals, taking into account your exercise history, any previous injuries, medications or other conditions that may be present. The trainer will then give you the knowledge, the motivation and the support to LOOK BETTER! FEEL BETTER! PERFORM BETTER!

Our trainers are all nationally certified and have the years of experience and will create for you a safe and effective exercise program.

Katherine Graham, Club Manager, has lived in Sedona since 2006. Prior to joining SedonaFit, she was Wellness Director for Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community in Charleston, South Carolina. In that capacity, she was responsible for the development and implementation of exercise/lifestyle programs and services. She also administered functional exercise evaluations using the Senior Fitness Test. Her first position in the health and fitness industry was as a physical therapy assistant. Since then she has become a Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a Neuromuscular and Clinical Massage Therapist through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Additionally, she earned an Aging and Dementia Certification through the Duke University Long Term/Gerontology Program. She really knows her stuff!

In addition to managing the club, Katherine provides individual personal training and teaches some our very popular stretching, spinning, and kinesis classes.
